TezlyAI ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your data when you use the TezlyAI mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
The App does not display advertisements and does not collect the Android Advertising ID. If we introduce advertising in future, we will update this Privacy Policy before doing so.

All third-party service providers are bound by contractual obligations to handle your data securely and only for the specified purposes.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfil the purposes described in this policy:
We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), row-level security in our database, and access controls limiting who can view personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use a strong device passcode.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. In the app: open the You tab, tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app: email tezlyai.com@gmail.com from the email address or with the phone number you signed in with, subject "Delete my TezlyAI account". We delete it within 30 days.
Deletion permanently removes your account, profile (email or phone number, display name, language), saved articles, reading history, topic preferences, notification settings and push token. Anonymous, aggregated analytics that no longer identify you, and security logs kept for up to 30 days, may be retained.
The App may contain links to or display content from third-party news websites. These sites have their own privacy policies and we accept no responsibility or liability for their practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
